Follow 16th Street N.W. to the intesrection of 16th street and Florida avenue. Park is right there and action is usually in or around the bushes on the lowere levels and by the bathroom areas at top of lower area. (6-17-2008)

Late night Hot Action. Was there about 3:30 am on Tuesday morning. Stood at top of steps on lower level by bathrooms and watched some light skinned guy at one of the benches showing his hot bottom to another guy.
